The Conifer Ridge Community is located southwest of Denver on the CO 285 corridor in the foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The community is served by the Conifer US Post Office, and is in Jefferson County. The Conifer Ridge Property Owners Association, Inc. (a non-profit organization) was organized to represent the interests of the property owners; to protect and enhance the beauty of the area; and to enforce the protective covenants. |
