The community is served by the Conifer US Post Office, and is in Jefferson County. The Conifer Ridge Property Owners Association, Inc. (a non-profit organization) was organized to represent the interests of the property owners; to protect and enhance the beauty of the area; and to enforce the protective covenants. |
